• Basic technical data — standard server and security logs generated when your browser loads the site.

We do not collect card, UPI or bank details, because no payments are processed on this website.

We use your enquiry details only to reply to you about products, availability and pricing, and to keep a record of that conversation. Account information is used to sign you in and to save details you have chosen to store. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Enquiries and account data are visible only to Ruva Kids staff. Our website and database are hosted by our infrastructure providers, who process data on our behalf under their own security obligations. We share personal information with third parties only where the law requires it.

Enquiries are retained while they are relevant to serving you and for our own business records. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and enquiry history. Contact us and we will action reasonable requests.

We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember items you have saved on this device. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
